Welcome to Renolyze ("Software"), a platform designed to streamline the underwriting process for house flippers and real estate investors. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Software, provided by Renolyze, a Michigan-based company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Software. The Software is intended for use by house flippers, real estate investors, and other authorized users in the United States.
2. Use of the Software
- Purpose: The Software is provided to assist users in streamlining the underwriting process for real estate investments by analyzing property data and generating reports. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or real estate advice.
- Permitted Use: You may use the Software to input, track, and analyze property data for your personal or business investment purposes. You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful purpose, to harm others, or to interfere with the Software’s functionality.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Data and Intellectual Property
- User Data: You retain ownership of any data you input into the Software, such as property details. By inputting data, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that data to provide and improve the Software’s services.
- Software Ownership: The Software, including its design, code, and underlying technology, is owned by Renolyze and protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Software.
- Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Software may be used by us without obligation to you.
4. Limitations of Liability
- No Warranties: The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Accuracy of Results: The Software’s underwriting calculations and reports are based on data provided by you and third-party sources. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data or results.
- Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Software in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Gaining unauthorized access to the Software or its systems.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials.
- Infringing on the rights of others.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Terms on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.
7. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including federal, state, and Michigan-specific real estate regulations.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Michigan law. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under AAA rules in Michigan. No class actions permitted.

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
